I’m 31 today, and I cannot think of a better way to celebrate my wrinkles than to look back and be thankful I’ve come a long way. From red fur. And braces. And seriously awesome hair.

Oh my goodness. I think I only did this once because it was free. With my college roommate. But I do have some smoking videos of me singing and/or lip syncing from those mall video places. Too bad I don't have them on my computer because you would laugh the night away. Happy Birthday!

Ok so mine TOTALLY is at my parent's house…an hour and a half away. And as much as I love, and appreciate you, especially on the first official "past 30" birthday, I'm not going to go get it for you ;)
Let's just say my hair is bigger (much), I had already gotten my braces off, and when we left I wiped my finger across my face only to find I had left a hole there and a glob of make-up on my finger. Yuck!

Those are great! Mine would have been from 1990 and I blow dried my curly hair straight, it was above the shoulder and then blow dried my bangs straight. up. with a curl at the end. Oh yeah, super cute! Oh and don't forget the HUGE earrings!

Haha! LOVE that you posted this! ;D I too was a girl who wanted to get them done so badly but alas, didn't have "cool" enough parents to let me…which resulted in me not being "cool" enough either! Lol. I now am begining to understand about a parent's wisdom. They didn't want me to have blackmail pictures floating around later in life. :D Hehehe. Love your post – it made my morning! :)

Believe it or not, I actually have a pic from glamour shots, somewhere… a friend talked me into it, which is so funny, now that I think back… I rarely wore make-up and had, at the time, um, let's just say several, piercings… though it was taken before the green hair, or the teal hair, or the candy apple red hair… :D

My Glamor Shot went missing after a girl walked into our apartment and said, "oh you have a sl…t photo too!" and my hubby over heard … that was 18 years ago. I was wearing a black leather coat with black fishnet gloves, and huge earrings that could have picked up FM radio stations…. eeeeeewwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy birthday! This was a fun idea. I loved looking at all the pics. The 80s and 90s were… interesting times for me. So much has changed – and nearly all of it for the better. :o) I thank God for all the lessons learned over the years and look back and shake my head that I ever thought that picture was a good idea. lol
