I had to send a follow up comment about this post. I left an original comment this weekend over at (in) Courage. In the comment I mentioned that I have been singing, "I need thee oh I need thee, every hour I need thee. Oh bless me now my savior I come to thee." This is a pretty random song for me to sing. But it so expressed my heart!

Well, Sunday at our very contemporary church worship service you will never guess what the closing invitational song was? Yes ma'am, "I Need Thee Every Hour." That is just so like God! He saw me in my "quiet desperation" and wanted me to know in the most public of ways that He loves me and has me right where He wants me!

Amazed,
Stacey

Ok, it would have been more beneficial had I read the post in its entirety at incourage. Dork, I am. :) I love how you provoke thought, then infuse hope. But, I would still totally get you and Heathahlee for coffee.

Been there many times, my friend. It's painful at first, but on days like that I need to get out of my house alone. I wander aimlessly through our local thrift store and call it therapy. If I were near, I'd grab Heathahlee and you and we'd go grab a cup of coffee and laugh and cry until we all felt better.
