Dancing, Kristen Welch, & A Giveaway
*This giveaway is now closed*

Kristen Welch from We Are THAT Family is the highlighted speaker today over at the Relevant conference website - check it out and learn what her favorite movie is, why her child is super “spiritual,” and her best house-cleaning secret (among other things). Click here for the interview!
Speaking of speakers…
Relevant speaker Sally Clarkson (whom I adore) has a new book out!
Her new book, Dancing with My Father, is for those who sometimes feel victimized by circumstances…are overwhelmed by weariness, fear, or discouragement. It’s for those who wonder, ‘Where can I go to claim the promise of Jesus that my joy could be made full?’ I just received this book in the mail and can’t wait to dive into it!
If you want a chance to get Dancing with My Father for free, leave a comment. For an extra entry, follow Sally on Twitter @itakejoy (she’s a newbie, so show her some love!).
Also, if you’re a mom who could use some encouragement (um, what mom couldn’t?), check out a Whole Heart event put on by Sally – they are all over the U.S. and are sure to refresh your spirit.
The winner of the book will be announced on Friday!
Good “luck!” :)

Hi Sarah. I love the Clarkson's ministry. We use their 24 Family Way's Devotionals and love them. I also REALLY loved her books Ministry of Motherhood and Mission of Motherhood. They were so good. This book sounds like what I need right now…I'll be buying it if I don't win :o)
Sally's blog is such an encouragement to me. I go to her blog, and your blog, and June's blog at "A Wise Woman Builds her House" regularly for encouragement, growth, and inspiration. The three of you are such blessings. Thank you so much for sharing your heart and giving us moms the courage to be who we know God has called us to be even when the world would tell us different.
As much as I enjoy Sally's blog, I know that I will certainly treasure her new book. Thanks for an opportunity to win a copy!

How cool Sally will be there! Man I remember when they were in TX she helped me so much in those early days w/her books. She use to come to the Homeschool Conference every year here in Houston, yrs back. Her children were still young.
I notice, Sarah Mae, that you have her on here often or something about her; I like that a lot. She is truly one of the older women teaching, us. I'm very thankful for women who allow the Lord to use them in such a way, giving us mother w/younger children a blue print.
Thanks

Oh you got yours!!! I'm still waiting for my copy to arrive!!! I don't need to be entered in the giveaway – but I did want to just say in support of her – she is an excellent woman who is so inspiring and if someone on here does not have any of her books – they must get one. I got my first book by her at the library – so even if you can't afford it look for it at the library. It will be well worth your time and efforts!!! I'm not following her on twitter yet so I'm off to do that. Thanks for the link Sarah Mae!

Oh, that looks like a great book!!
Sally has been such a blessing to me in my walk as a homeschool mom. She was the first one that told me that being a mother is a ministry! This is after I had been a Christian in a big program driven church for 8 years!
Praise the Lord for how He has used her to bless so many!
Love ya,
Robin
